Job Description :
Roles and Responsibility :

Managing the RC transfer process for used cars in a region
Evaluation & verification of transfer documents to ensure correct documents are available with correct details
Management of RC transfer documents & handover to external agency for RC transfer
Discussing with external agency to confirm the cost involved per case
Coordinating with External agency to ensure timely transfer of RC
Resolving all issues related to RC transfer, ensuring timely completion of RC transfer
Adherence to RC management system, updating the status of cases on regular basis
Doing Reconciliation of closed cases with concerned stakeholders on periodic basis
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Timely providing information & status of cases with Internal team & external stakeholders to maintain proper transparency
Following up with concerned persons in-case of any document unavailable, or any unforeseen issue
